Our StreetPilot "c-series" GPS navigators feature a simple touchscreen interface, with automatic route calculation to any destination and turn-by-turn voice-prompted directions along the way. Selecting a destination is straightforward and requires only a limited amount of input from the user. Plus, the StreetPilot c320 and StreetPilot c330 allow you to choose between a three-dimensional navigation view or the more traditional “bird’s eye” overhead view. For the ultimate out-of-the-box convenience, the StreetPilot c330 comes pre-loaded with highly detailed MapSource City Select street data. The database features an industry-leading five million-plus points of interest—including hotels, restaurants, gas stations, ATMs, and attractions. (The c320 comes with a 128 MB SD card and a MapSource City Select CD-ROM for data transfer from a PC via a USB connection.) The centerpiece of both units is a bright, 3.5-inch diagonal, 16-bit color display that makes navigation a snap. The StreetPilot c330 features dual integrated speakers for high-quality voice prompts, and an internal lithium-ion battery for out-of-car route planning. The new StreetPilot c-series boasts distinctive and sleek styling—the only buttons are a rotary volume knob and an on/off switch. The device is secured by a suction-mount cradle that fastens to the windshield for easy portability between vehicles. Users can customize their unit’s appearance with an array of colored faceplates (sold separately).

He loves it. Thanks. The Garmin StreetPilot was purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband. It was packaged very nicely and arrived quickly.

This is an extremely old model of GPS, and is sold here at an exorbitant price.

But updating the maps is a real pain. Before I buy a new GPS, I will check on how easy or difficult it is to update the maps. This GPS has worked fine for me for a long time. No of course, new GPS are smaller and cheaper.

Overall, a good buy compared to the Tom Tom at a slightly higher price which has no voice navigation. Home chargers have to purchased seperately. As for the device itself, the voice directions are loud and clear (with 9 volume settings), and the device is very user frienldy, featuring 2d and 3d maps, with the option of spelling your address, business, destination etc. Further, the search option allows you to find locations in your vicinity eg. The device is very user freindly and easy to install.It comes with awindow mount, that works very well.

"Austin Walmart".The only real complaint besides the outdated map and the ineffective dashboard mount is the predictive text in the "enter address" field - the device does not allow you to enter the full name, but with an updated map version, I am sure it will find the address you are looking for. It also has a feature to save your location and that helped with the outdated map software.The battery life is excellent thus far, and a car charger was included. The dashboard mount, however was not very effective and I would not recommend using it. For under $100(refurbished) I do not think I could have made a better purchase. As for the software, beware that it is very outdated (2005), and do not believe what you read, you will have to purchase the upgrades at around $70.

Other features include setting multiple stops before your final destinatation, menu options that seek out the closest resturants (asian, mexican, american,etc), gas stations, shopping malls, convenience stores, speciality stores etc.

I must have used this for three years and still works like new , I take it for camping , snowmobiling, road trips, it never failed, this product is perfect.
